Take Ownership
If you see something that can be better, say something and help make it better. We want people who take responsibility for outcomes, not simply the tasks assigned to them.

There is no shortage of cybersecurity tools, compliance frameworks, or security data. What is missing is a better way to bring them together and turn them into something leaders can understand, teams can operate, and organizations can trust.
That is the opportunity behind Trygg.
We are building technology and services that connect security governance to what is actually happening inside an organization. We help companies move beyond policies, spreadsheets, screenshots, and periodic audit preparation toward a security management system they can see and use every day.
Doing that takes more than cybersecurity expertise. It takes people who understand technology, business, risk, operations, and people. People who are curious about how things work, willing to challenge how things have always been done, and motivated by solving problems that matter.

We believe good work starts with ownership.
At Trygg, you should understand why your work matters, have the freedom to improve how it gets done, and be willing to stand behind the result. We value people who ask questions, share ideas, solve problems, and help the people around them succeed.

We care about what you know, but we care just as much about how you work.
Trygg is being built by people who are comfortable taking ownership, figuring things out, and turning ideas into results. You do not need to have every answer when you walk in. You do need to be curious enough to find the answer and confident enough to ask for help when you need it.
We look for people who communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and care about the quality of what they produce. People who can see a problem from the customer's perspective, not just their own. People who are willing to question an existing approach when there is a better way to do it.
Cybersecurity and compliance experience can be valuable here, but so can experience in technology, operations, customer success, project management, software development, data, automation, and business leadership.
Different backgrounds make Trygg better because the problems we are solving cross all of those areas.
If you see something that can be better, say something and help make it better. We want people who take responsibility for outcomes, not simply the tasks assigned to them.
Ask why. Understand the problem before solving it. Learn from customers, coworkers, technology, mistakes, and successes. What we build tomorrow should benefit from what we learned today.
Security and compliance are complicated enough. We value people who can take something difficult and make it understandable without losing what matters.
A feature is not successful because we shipped it. A process is not successful because we documented it. Our work succeeds when it solves a real problem for the people who depend on it.
Trust is built by doing what you say you will do. Communicate when something changes. Ask for help when you need it. Finish what you start.
Share what you know. Listen to other perspectives. Give credit freely. Challenge ideas respectfully. The best answer matters more than whose idea it was.
We are building Trygg thoughtfully, which means we may not always have a long list of open positions.
When we do hire, we look for people who can help us strengthen the platform, serve our customers, and build the company around the opportunity ahead.
The salary range is only part of the offer.
Trygg contributes up to 8 percent to a 401(k). We also offer profit sharing, health insurance, health savings accounts, paid holidays, 15 days of paid time off, paid time off for new family members including adoption, and time off for bereavement.
These roles are remote, and they come with the obligation to provide your own computer. Trygg covers the cost of Microsoft 365 licenses and a stipend for internet access and cell phone charges. That gives you room to flex the day. We want a balance that puts family ahead of work. The work still has to get done, and independence comes with accountability.
Salary pay range, based on experience. $130K to $150K, with a 5% bonus from the results of your sales team
Trygg helps organizations turn cybersecurity, compliance, and ISO/IEC 27001 into something they can actually see, operate, and trust. The program has to line up with a client's business goals and how their people will adopt it. That is also how we want to grow.
We are looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development to build that growth with us.
This is not a role that inherits a finished sales machine. You will help decide which organizations we serve, how we start those conversations, and which relationships are worth a long commitment.
The best growth starts by understanding the business in front of us.
You will spend time with business leaders, partners, and the Trygg team.
Some days that means a conversation with a CEO or COO about what they are trying to accomplish. Other days it means developing a partner relationship, preparing a proposal, shaping how we qualify an opportunity, or keeping a sales conversation tied to the client's goals and adoption plan.
You will learn the portal, the engagement, and ISO/IEC 27001 well enough to lead a credible business conversation. You do not need to be the technical expert in every room. You need to know when to bring the right person in.
You will also build the practice. How we find the right organizations. How we decide a fit. How a relationship moves from a first conversation to an engagement the client can adopt.
We expect you to own how Trygg grows, without waiting for a script.
Listen before you sell. Tell a prospect when Trygg is not the right answer. Keep the work aligned with the client's business goals, strategy, and how their organization will adopt it.
You will manage your own time, relationships, and commitments, and you will help the people around you do the same. Remote work at Trygg comes with independence, and independence comes with accountability.
A relationship the client can sustain matters more to us than a deal that should never have been sold.
Personality, judgment, curiosity, and character matter more to us than a particular degree.
Experience leading sales or business development is valuable. Cybersecurity or technology experience can help. Neither replaces the ability to earn trust, see a business clearly, and follow through.
We are looking for someone who has built a market, a practice, or a set of relationships, not only worked a list. You are comfortable creating the path and bringing other people along it.
A client is not an account. A partner is not a logo. Both are relationships we hope to earn for years.
Send your resume, a link to your LinkedIn profile, and a short cover letter to careers@itrygg.com.
Do not spend the cover letter repeating your resume. Tell us how you have built relationships and a way of growing that you would stand behind. Tell us why Trygg interests you, and why you think you would be the right person to help us grow.
We are interested in the person behind the experience.
We want every interview to be both an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
We believe in it being a Win/Win for everyone.
Salary pay range, based on experience. $80K base, with commission at 15% of sales contracts
Trygg helps organizations turn cybersecurity, compliance, and ISO/IEC 27001 into something they can actually see, operate, and trust. We combine practical expertise, technology, automation, and ongoing support to help our clients build security programs that work beyond the audit.
We are looking for a sales professional who believes the best sale starts with understanding the customer.
This is not a high volume sales role built around dialing quotas, scripted pitches, and closing whatever you can before the end of the month. We would rather build ten great client relationships than fifty transactions that were never a good fit.
At Trygg, sales is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of the sales process.
You will spend much of your time talking with business leaders about what they are trying to accomplish, what is getting in their way, and where Trygg may be able to help.
Some days that means introducing Trygg to a CEO, COO, technology leader, or security professional. Other days it means following up on a conversation, preparing for a demonstration, developing a proposal, building a referral relationship, or helping us think differently about how we reach the right organizations.
You will learn enough about cybersecurity, ISO/IEC 27001, the Trygg portal, and our services to have credible business conversations. You do not need to pretend to be the technical expert in every room. Part of being a trusted advisor is knowing when to bring the right person into the conversation.
You will also have significant freedom to build your market. We expect you to experiment, develop relationships, find opportunities, and help shape how Trygg grows.
We want someone who listens before selling.
You should be comfortable starting conversations, building relationships over time, asking thoughtful questions, and telling a prospect when Trygg may not be the right answer.
You will be expected to manage your own time, opportunities, relationships, and commitments. Remote work at Trygg comes with independence, and independence comes with accountability.
We care about growth, but we care just as much about the kind of growth we create.
A successful client relationship is more important to us than winning a deal that should never have been sold.
Personality, judgment, curiosity, and character matter more to us than a particular degree or educational path.
Sales experience is valuable. Cybersecurity or technology experience can help. Neither replaces the ability to connect with people, earn trust, communicate clearly, and follow through.
We are especially interested in people with an entrepreneurial spirit. You see opportunities without waiting for someone to hand you a list. You are comfortable creating your own path while remaining part of a team. You want to help build something, not simply inherit a territory.
Most importantly, you understand that a client is not an account.
It is a relationship we hope to earn for years.
Send your resume, a link to your LinkedIn profile, and a short cover letter to careers@itrygg.com.
Do not spend the cover letter repeating your resume. Tell us about yourself. Tell us why Trygg interests you, how you approach relationships, and why you think you would be the right person for us to partner with as we grow.
We are interested in the person behind the experience.
We want every interview to be both an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
We believe in it being a Win/Win for everyone.
Salary pay range, based on experience. $80K to $110K
A Trygg engagement has a beginning and an end. Our responsibility to the client is bigger than the project plan between them.
We are looking for an Engagement Manager who can take ownership of that journey.
You will be the person helping turn commitments into outcomes. You will work with clients, Trygg team members, control leaders, technical resources, and business leadership to keep engagements moving while protecting something more important than a schedule: the quality of what we deliver and the trust behind the relationship.
This is not project management by checklist.
It is leadership through ownership.
Your day may begin by reviewing several active engagements and deciding where your attention is most valuable.
You might meet with a client to work through scope or priorities, coordinate with a technical resource on an integration, help a control leader understand what is expected, review progress toward an upcoming milestone, identify something that could become a problem, or simply call a client because you know a conversation will solve something faster than another email.
You will help keep scope, responsibilities, decisions, risks, dependencies, and commitments visible.
You will also spend time looking ahead.
What will the client need next week? What could prevent the next sprint from succeeding? Are we asking too much of someone? Is something technically complete but not actually usable? Are we delivering what the customer needs or simply what the project plan says?
That judgment is a large part of the role.
We expect you to own the engagement without needing someone to manage you.
That does not mean working alone. It means knowing when to act, when to communicate, when to ask for help, and when something needs to be escalated.
Quality matters more than checking a box.
We would rather have an honest conversation about a timeline than deliver something we would not be proud to stand behind. We would rather solve the right problem than complete the wrong task perfectly.
The client should feel that you understand their business, remember what matters to them, and care about the result.
When an engagement ends, we want the client to think of Trygg as an advisor they trust, not a vendor that completed a project.
You may come from project management, consulting, cybersecurity, technology, customer success, operations, or somewhere completely different.
A degree does not tell us whether you can lead an engagement.
A certification does not tell us whether a client will trust you.
Those things can be valuable, but personality, judgment, communication, organization, curiosity, and follow through matter more to us.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable making decisions and creating structure when structure does not already exist.
You should enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being accountable for the outcome.
You should also care about the details without losing sight of why the work matters.
Send your resume, a link to your LinkedIn profile, and a short cover letter to careers@itrygg.com.
Tell us who you are beyond your job titles. Tell us about how you lead, how you handle responsibility, and what a great client relationship looks like to you.
Most importantly, tell us why you believe you would be the right person for Trygg to partner with as we build the company and our family of clients.
We are interested in the person behind the experience.
We want every interview to be both an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
We believe in it being a Win/Win for everyone.
Salary pay range, based on experience. $75K to $90K
At Trygg, delivery does not end when something goes live.
Our clients depend on the portals, automation, integrations, processes, and technology we help put into operation. As that technology becomes part of their everyday business, someone needs to understand it, care for it, and help when something changes.
That is where our Delivery Support Advisor comes in.
This role sits between technology and people. You will help clients use what we have built, investigate problems, coordinate solutions, maintain context, and make sure small issues do not become big ones.
You do not need to know everything.
You need to care enough to find the answer.
No two days will be exactly the same.
A client may need help understanding something in the Trygg portal. An integration may stop behaving as expected. A user may need assistance. An API or third party platform may have changed. Something we delivered months ago may need an adjustment because the client's business has changed.
You will be one of the people helping connect those questions to answers.
That means listening carefully, understanding what the client is actually experiencing, documenting useful context, troubleshooting what you can, and bringing the right Trygg resource into the conversation when something requires deeper expertise.
You will also look for patterns.
If the same question keeps appearing, perhaps the documentation should be better. If a process creates unnecessary support requests, perhaps the process should change. If an automation can eliminate repetitive work, we should consider building it.
Support should help make the product and the company better.
We expect you to care about the person asking for help.
A support request is not a ticket to close. There is a person on the other side who is trying to get something done.
Sometimes success means solving the problem immediately. Sometimes it means asking better questions. Sometimes it means keeping the client informed while someone else works on the solution.
In every case, communication matters.
You will work remotely and with considerable independence. We expect you to manage your responsibilities, recognize priorities, follow through, document what matters, and ask for help before a problem becomes larger than it needs to be.
We value thoughtful resolution over ticket volume.
Quality over quantity applies to support too.
Technical aptitude helps, but we are not looking for a list of technologies you have memorized.
We are looking for curiosity.
You should enjoy figuring out why something works, why something stopped working, and how different systems connect. You should be comfortable learning new technology and equally comfortable explaining something to a person who does not live in technology every day.
You may have experience in technical support, software, cybersecurity, IT, customer success, operations, or another field entirely.
Your degree, or whether you have one, is not what will make you successful here.
Your ability to learn, communicate, take ownership, solve problems, and earn trust will.
We especially value the entrepreneurial person who sees a recurring problem and thinks, “There has to be a better way to do this.”
Then helps us build it.
Send your resume, a link to your LinkedIn profile, and a short cover letter to careers@itrygg.com.
Tell us about yourself, not just the technologies you have worked with. Tell us about something you figured out, a customer you helped, a problem you enjoyed solving, or a better way of doing something that you helped create.
Then tell us why you believe you would be the right person for us to partner with.
Skills can be taught.
We are looking for the person we want beside us as Trygg grows.
We are interested in the person behind the experience.
We want every interview to be both an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
We believe in it being a Win/Win for everyone.
Salary pay range, based on experience. $110K to $150K
The work we do for clients depends on a company that can hire people, take care of them, bill for the work, and meet its obligations.
We are looking for a Director of Business Operations to own that day-to-day running of the business.
The functions are practical. HR. Benefits. Finance. Legal. Billing. Payables.
This is not a role that inherits a finished back office. You will help build how Trygg runs, and you will keep the everyday work current while you do it.
A morning may start with a payroll question, a benefits change, or a person who needs an answer about their employment.
Later you may review an invoice, follow a payable, prepare a bill for a client, or gather what counsel needs for a contract or another legal question.
You will also keep the records a growing company has to be able to find. HR compliance, insurance, and the obligations that come with them are part of the work, not a separate project.
You will do much of this in cloud and SaaS software. The tools should make the work easier to see. They should not become another place the answer gets lost.
We expect you to own the day-to-day without waiting for someone to chase it.
A payable, a benefit, and a personnel record are promises. Accuracy matters more than speed you cannot stand behind.
Tell us early when something is late, unclear, or needs a decision. Discretion matters. People trust you with their pay, their benefits, and information the company is obligated to protect.
Remote work at Trygg comes with independence, and independence comes with accountability.
We are looking for someone who has run business operations, especially HR, benefits, finance, billing, and payables.
Experience with cloud and SaaS software matters. So does working knowledge of HR compliance, HIPAA, and insurance.
A degree does not tell us whether the books, the benefits, and the people will be looked after.
Judgment, discretion, follow through, and care for the person affected by the work matter more.
Send your resume, a link to your LinkedIn profile, and a short cover letter to careers@itrygg.com.
Tell us how you have kept a company running. Tell us about the systems you have used, the compliance you have had to get right, and why you think you would be the right person to build this with us.
We are interested in the person behind the experience.
We want every interview to be both an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
We believe in it being a Win/Win for everyone.
Salary pay range, based on experience. $75K to $90K
Trygg is a security management system our customers use every day. It has to stay useful, and it has to stay secure.
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst who will watch the world of cybersecurity for what Trygg should learn from it.
You will look for threats, practices, and product ideas that can make Trygg better and more secure, and that can become features and functions for our customers before a competitor offers them.
This role reports to the Director of Product.
You will read, compare, and test. A new attack technique. A control customers are being asked to prove. A capability another product already shows. A weakness in how Trygg itself is built.
You will bring what you find to the Director of Product as a clear recommendation. What it is. Why it matters to our customers. Whether it makes Trygg more secure. What we should build, and what we should leave alone.
You will also look at Trygg the way an attacker, or a careful customer, would. The product we offer has to be something we would trust ourselves.
We expect you to keep looking. Do not wait for a ticket.
Bring findings in plain language. A feature is not useful because it is new. It is useful when a customer can use it, and when it makes the program more secure.
Tell us when something is urgent, and tell us when it can wait. The Director of Product decides what gets built. Your job is to make that decision well informed.
Remote work at Trygg comes with independence, and independence comes with accountability.
Curiosity about cybersecurity, and the patience to keep up with it.
You may come from security analysis, threat research, product security, or a security team that had to turn news into action.
You do not need to have shipped a product before. You do need to tell the difference between a headline and something our customers need.
Judgment about what is a real risk, and what is noise, matters more than a particular degree.
Send your resume, a link to your LinkedIn profile, and a short cover letter to careers@itrygg.com.
Tell us what you pay attention to in cybersecurity, and about a time you turned what you found into something a team could act on. Tell us why you think you would be the right person to help Trygg stay ahead.
We are interested in the person behind the experience.
We want every interview to be both an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
We believe in it being a Win/Win for everyone.
Do not see the right position today?
We are still interested in meeting people who understand what we are building and believe they could make a meaningful contribution to it. Tell us what you are good at, what problems you like solving, and where you think you could help Trygg become better.
Sometimes the right person comes before the job description.

The expectations should work both ways.
If we ask you to take ownership, we should give you room to own something. If we ask you to bring ideas, we should listen to them. If we expect you to keep learning, we should create opportunities for you to learn.
You can expect clear communication about where we are going and why. You can expect access to the people making decisions. You can expect your work to have a visible connection to our customers and the company we are building.
You can also expect us to be learning.
Trygg is growing, and not everything will already have a process, playbook, or perfect answer. For the right person, that is part of the opportunity. You will not simply inherit how things have always been done. You will help decide how they should be done.
Joining a growing company means the role you start with may not be the role you have forever.
As Trygg grows, new customers, technologies, services, and challenges will create opportunities that do not exist today. We want people who can grow with those opportunities and who are interested in expanding their skills, responsibilities, and impact.
That might mean becoming an expert in an area you are just beginning to explore today. It might mean leading a team, developing a new capability, working directly with customers, or helping shape a part of the business that has not been built yet.
We cannot promise exactly where that path will lead.
We can promise that people who help build Trygg will have the opportunity to help shape where it goes.
You do not need to check every box before starting a conversation with us.
If you are thoughtful, curious, accountable, and excited about solving meaningful problems at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and business, we would like to hear from you.
Bring your experience. Bring your ideas. Bring the things you still want to learn.
Let's build something useful together.
