Trust
You can trust Trygg with your data. Your records stay in a place you can account for: on your own SharePoint, or in a separate encrypted database that is not shared with other customers. The security program and the place the records live are built to work together.
Your SharePoint stays yours
When you already use Microsoft SharePoint, the records stay on your own SharePoint site. That site already has its own security. Trygg does not add SharePoint security settings on top of it.
A separate database when you do not use SharePoint
If you do not use SharePoint, each customer has a separate encrypted database. Customer data is not stored in one shared database.
Stored records are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Connections use TLS.
