When you share information with Trygg, you should know why we have it, how we use it, and how we protect it.

This notice covers itrygg.com: a demo request, a partner inquiry, a career note, a Community account, an investor confidentiality signature, and the pages you read here.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not treat it as a product.

A customer’s ISMS portal is separate. People who sign in there follow that organization’s terms and privacy policy inside the portal. This page does not replace that policy.

Demo, partner, and career messages do not need an account. Community is the one place on this site where you can create an account, with your name and email, so you can save a page and join a discussion.

The investor confidentiality form collects the fields on that form. We use them to confirm the signature and open the investor package.

• Demo request: your name, work email, company, company size, and an optional note. The message goes to isms@itrygg.com.
• Partner inquiry: your name, work email, organization, phone, a good time to talk, the kind of partner you are, and how we might work together. The message goes to partners@itrygg.com.
• Careers: whatever you choose to email to careers@itrygg.com, such as a resume and a short letter.
• Community: your name, email, and an optional organization. We email you a one-time link to sign in. We do not ask for a password.

We do not run an advertising tracker on this site, and we do not sell browsing data.

• Cloudflare hosts the site and processes connection information so the page can load and so the site can be protected.
• Demo and partner forms include a hidden field that simple bots fill in. If that field is filled, we drop the message. It is not a profile of you.
• We do not keep a separate marketing database. A form message is an email in our mailbox.

We use a website message for the reason you sent it.

Microsoft carries the form email. Cloudflare hosts the site. Each one receives only what that job needs. We do not give your information to another company so they can advertise to you.

• To answer a demo request, a partner inquiry, or a career note.
• To prepare for a conversation you asked for.
• When you are a customer, to provide, secure, and support the service in your agreement.
• To meet a legal duty when one applies.

Information a customer entrusts to Trygg stays that customer’s information.

Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver or support the service. A document, a support request, the portal, and a conversation with our team are held to that same limit.

Seeing customer information is not permission to use it for something else.

The same idea we help customers put into practice applies to us: know what information you have, why you have it, who can see it, and how it is protected.

That idea comes from ISO/IEC 27001. It is how we design and support Trygg. It is not a promise that using Trygg certifies your organization. Certification is a decision an independent certification body makes about your management system.

We may keep a record longer when a contract, a security need, or the law requires it.

• A demo or partner message stays in our mailbox while we are talking with you, and for a short time after if we still need that record.
• If you become a customer, your agreement and the privacy policy inside that portal govern information in the portal.
• When we no longer need a website message, we delete it.

Email isms@itrygg.com to ask what we have from a website message, to correct it, or to ask us to delete a demo or partner note.

We will tell you if we need to keep it.

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will change the effective date at the top of the page.
